Did you know that maintaining proper health is closely related to eating sufficient amounts of vegetables each day? Men are recommended to eat about nine servings of vegetables per day, while women should have at least seven. Although it’s easy to find a selection of vegetables at your local grocery store, it’s not always clear where those vegetables came from.

Robintide Farms offers a selection of local farm-fresh vegetables in Toronto that includes pick-your-own and pre-picked in-season vegetables from mid-June to early August. We also offer pumpkins and other specialties from late September to the end of October.

Here are some of the benefits of vegetable picking at our farm near Toronto.
